Hi, I'm Courtney Vignuli, founder of Trusted Agent Network.

Real estate has been an important part of my professional journey for more than a decade. Previously licensed in California and Michigan, I currently hold an active New Jersey real estate license in referral status with Referral Group Inc. in Hamilton, NJ. Throughout my career, I earned professional designations including Military Relocation Professional (MRP), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) through the National Association of REALTORS®.

Over the years, I've learned that one of the biggest challenges in real estate isn't simply finding an agent—it's finding one you can truly trust. Every market has thousands of agents, but not every agent provides the same level of communication, professionalism, or client care. That's why I created Trusted Agent Network.

My goal is to build a carefully selected network of licensed real estate professionals throughout the United States so that when someone reaches out to me for a referral, I already have trusted relationships in place. Rather than searching for an agent at the last minute, I want every referral to be based on research, communication, and confidence.

Before adding an agent to my referral network, I strive to learn more about their business, experience, communication style, areas they specialize in, and commitment to serving their clients. Building those relationships now allows me to make stronger, more informed referrals in the future.

Before launching Trusted Agent Network, I spent more than twelve years as a United Airlines Flight Attendant, where exceptional customer service, professionalism, and communication were part of my everyday work. I've also worked in digital marketing, social media management, and real estate, experiences that have reinforced the importance of building genuine relationships and creating exceptional client experiences.

As a military spouse, I also understand firsthand how stressful relocating can be. Whether moving across town or across the country, having the right real estate professional can make all the difference. That personal experience continues to inspire my mission of connecting people with agents they can feel confident working with.
